degree in law received from a top Ukrainian University; applicants with LL.M. degree from the Western University have an advantage |

Experience: |
5+ years on the position(s) of junior associate, associate, in-house lawyer, experience in structuring cross-border transactions, drafting contracts, support during contracts signing and performance, drafting legal memoranda |

Languages: |
excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST (please be honest and self-critical when evaluating your English language skills); applicants with excellent command of other foreign languages have an advantage |

advanced PC user (MS Office, Internet, LIGA database); perfect communication and client management skills; strong analytical thinking; ability to work in a team; strong motivation and creativity |

Junior Associate (Corporate Practice) |
Job Description: |
the position implies providing assistance to senior legal staff in the form of conducting legal researches, drafting respective legal documents and memoranda, liaising with clients, governmental agencies etc. predominantly in the field of corporate law and closely related areas (securities, M&A, labor, compliance), however providing assistance on matters within commercial law practice is also very possible |
